At Dear Black Man™, we stand behind the quality and intention of every item we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

With original tags and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
To start a return, email us at info@dearblackman.co with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us immediately at info@dearblackman.co. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.
European Union Customers
If your order was delivered within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.

Free return shipping is provided on approved returns.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items (unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
