Dear Black Man™ is proud to offer apparel made with care, printed and shipped through a trusted third-party production partner. Because of this, there are a few important things to know about how we handle shipping, returns, and claims.
Shipping
Orders placed through our online store are fulfilled by our production partner and shipped directly to you. Shipping times may vary based on location and demand.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ve got you covered.
Please email info@dearblackman.co within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll initiate a claim with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.

Clear photos of the item(s)
Claims submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, please notify us immediately. We will submit a claim and work toward a resolution.
Returns
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or preference.
Please double-check your order and size selection before completing your purchase. If you have sizing questions, reach out — we’re here to help you get it right the first time.
Return Address & Unclaimed Packages
All returns are routed to our fulfillment partner’s facility unless otherwise stated. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, or goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipment fees once a corrected address is confirmed.
If a return is unclaimed after 30 days, it may be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, face masks and certain personal items are not eligible for return. If returned, they will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped or refunded.
